Biography

I'm a PhD Student in the Organic and Polymer Synthesis Laboratory, Department of Chemistry with Prof. S. Velmathi at the National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli (NITT) where I Have Been Awarded the Prime Minister's Research Fellowship (PMRF). I Obtained MSc from Central University of Tamil Nadu in 2019, and BSc from Victoria College, University of Calicut in 2017, all in Chemistry. My Broad Area of Research Is Organic Sensors for Real Time Application. I'm Trying to Develop Supramolecular Probes for The Selective and Rapid Detection of Chemical Warfare Agents with An Aim to Apply for Real Life Samples. I Aim to Develop a Device Capable of Onsite Detection of Even Trace Amounts of These Noxious Nerve Agents with Potentially High Selectivity...

Previously I have done an internship as part of INSA Fellowship in Department of Chemistry, Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IITM) with Dr. P. Anbarasan. Futher I have qulaified GATE and CSIR-JRF in Chemical Sciences

Directions

I work in the Organic and Polymer Synthesis Laboratory in the OJAS Building on NITT Campus.

The Most Direct Way To Get To My Lab Is To Enter The Left Wing From The Main Entrance (Connected By Walkways). The Entrance Is At The End Of The Road, Get In The OJAS Buliding Then Take The Elevator To The First Floor.

The Interactive Google Map Shows the OJAS And Near By Buildings.
